How to increase R/W Read & Write cache speed of your SD Card for a better performance

SD cards play a major role in your overall android device performance, poor SD card performance can downscale your android features such as apps which needs speedy SD card access, gallery view and loading time, app2sd, appmonster while creating or restoring an apps backup, sending or receiving stuff with your friends via bluetooth and many other actions related to data R/W process.

After some easy settings in your android device you can increase cache value speed of your SD card, R/W speed of your SD card can be check by installing SD Tools app free available on play store.

There is a simple idea which works for increase R/W speed of SD cards, you just have to modify the amount of available read-ahead cache for reading SD card. Most android roms (OS) have 128 KB set aside for performing R/W task, you can find the cache size of your device by navigate this path with root explorer.

Modify your R/W amount which suits best for your device from 128KB to 4096KB( you cannot modify it manually for permanent but you can use it for find out a best suitable amount with your device), after self checking different amount by SD Tools app you can select best amount for your device, for example you can see my tests with different amount in screenshots given below:
