This phone comes in to versions Gen1 and Gen 2, Gen 1 phones comes with 256 MB Ram and Gen 2 comes with 512 MB Ram, this installation process is only for Gen 2 phones. You can install ask mr Pigfish app to know which Gen phone you are using.
1. Root your device if not rooted yet.

2. Install cwm recovery.

3. Download a supported custom rom and copy it to your sd card.

4. Turn off the phone and turn it on whilst holding the Volume Down button on the side of your phone. Continue to hold the Volume Down button for 5 seconds until ClockworkMod Recovery has loaded.
5. Perform this steps in clockworkmod recovery.

wipe cache partition and press the Home button.

for the ROM to finish installing. This may take up to 10 minutes.

the Back button, highlight reboot system now and press the Home button.

phone should now boot into your new custom ROM. It may take up to 10 minutes to
boot on your first go, so be patient.
