PdaNet a great utility app to use your Android device as a internet modem on your desktops and laptops. Its available on Google Play Store. You can use it by three different modes like USB Tether Mode(via data cable), Bluetooth DUN Mode(via Bluetooth Dongle device) and WiFi Hotspot Mode.
Installation:
First you have to install PdaNet.apk on your Android device after that it will ask for install PdaNet .exe on your PC, you can download this PdaNet.exe file from PdaNet app than you can install it on your PC. After both installation you can connect your Android device with different modes as explained above and after connecting the device you just have to enable your preferred mode on PdaNet from your Android device, now you can access internet on your PC through your Android device.
